Plantation Springs Community
Plantation Springs is a close knit, gated community with
weekly events, gatherings and dinners at the Manor House
or private residences. And it is almost a given that
someone will drop off some type of dessert or
house-warming gift shortly after you move in. Built in
the early 2000's, the neighborhood is relatively new,
but its layout, array of floor plans and home models
make it exceptionally unique with a lot of rich history
surrounding it. Maple Grove Estate Event Center and
Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church Cemetery (established
in 1796) are right next door, along with the remaining
foundation of the original Cedar Springs Church.

West Town Mall and just minutes from Pellissippi
Parkway!
